Got an athlete who wants a competitive advantage like being faster, stronger, quicker, and more conditioned? Our SAQ training sessions will make all that possible and more. SAQ training sessions are 45 minute to 1 hour sessions. Athletes will work specified drills to improve on overall speed, agility, and quickness. More specifically sessions cover sprinting, cutting, jumping, lateral and linear movement, acceleration, body positioning/awareness, sports specific movements, direction changes, and footwork. Each session is led by a Pistol Creek coach starting with daily warm-ups, technique work, and followed by the programmed session. Team, group, and individual sessions are available.
