The one that started it all and become a worldwide revolution! Crossfit is high intensity training at its finest. Classes are 60 minutes long and combine a variety of elements of functional movements - including elements of cardio, gymnastics, power lifting and Olympic lifting - in as many groupings as humanly imaginable. It truly is something new everyday! Best part. There is no experience required. Seriously, all you have to do is show up and we will take care of the rest.
Think of it this way. It’s all the Crossfit without the high skilled gymnastics and Olympic lifting skills for 45 minutes. So what do you get? You get a wildly fun 45 minute class that includes conditioning,lifting, and bodyweight movements. It’ll look just like CrossFit without lifting a barbell or swinging on rings. Decide later that you miss or want those things, you’ll be perfectly primed to jump right into a CrossFit class. Your classes are all coach led and coach programmed to make sure you are getting the results you deserve. And like above, you don’t have to do anything to start other than show up (and sign a waiver).

CrossFit Kids is a method for teaching CrossFit’s methodology and pursuit of fitness to children ages 3-18. CrossFit Kids emphasizes good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translates to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means that adherence to a CrossFit kids program can impact a child’s academic achievement. Wow! A program that is BIG fun for kids that fights childhood obesity, teaches movement skills for a lifetime, and makes them smarter. Sounds like winning to us! Bring your kids for the most fun class they’ll take all week.
Got an athlete who wants a competitive advantage like being faster, stronger, quicker, and more conditioned? Our SAQ training sessions will make all that possible and more. SAQ training sessions are 45 minute to 1 hour sessions. Athletes will work specified drills to improve on overall speed, agility, and quickness. More specifically sessions cover sprinting,cutting, jumping, lateral and linear movement, acceleration, body positioning/awareness, sports specific movements, direction changes, and footwork. Each session is led by a Pistol Creek coach starting with daily warm-ups, technique work, and
